Winning metal silver bracelet set

Make a sterling silver bracelet and earrings in under 30 minutes!

String a contemporary bracelet and earrings that pair puffy disks with tiny, pale crystals. Alternate printed and matte beads; you’ll love the juxtaposition of graphic patterns and smooth silver.



  • 10–13 13mm silver disk beads, in matte and printed styles (Nina Designs,
  • 10–13 3mm bicone crystals
  • 4 3mm silver spacers
  • flexible beading wire, .014 or .015
  • 2 crimp beads
  • toggle clasp
  • chainnose or crimping pliers
  • diagonal wire cutters 


  • 2 13mm silver disk beads, in printed style (Nina Designs)
  • 2 3mm bicone crystals
  • 2 1 1⁄2-in. (3.8cm) decorative head pins
  • pair of earring wires
  • chainnose and roundnose pliers
  • diagonal wire cutters

1. Determine the finished length of your bracelet, add 5 in. (13cm), and cut a piece of beading wire to that length. String a printed bead, a crystal, a matte bead, and a crystal. Repeat until the bracelet is within 1 in. (2.5cm) of the desired length. End with a printed or matte bead.

2. On each end, string a spacer, a crimp bead, a spacer, and half of the clasp. Go back through the beads just strung and tighten the wire. Check the fit, and add or remove beads if necessary. Crimp the crimp beads and trim the excess wire.

1. On a decorative head pin, string a crystal and a printed bead. Make the first half of a wrapped loop above the top bead.

2. Attach the dangle to the loop of an earring wire. Complete the wraps. Make a second earring to match the first.
