May birthstone trio jewelry set

Chrysoprase, an apple green chalcedony, is a cheerful, affordable alternative to May’s traditional emerald.

When strung with shiny gold spacers, the bright hue of chrysoprase will reflect the lighthearted nature of spring. Plus, adding spacers means you can make three projects — a choker, a bracelet, and earrings — from a 16-inch (41cm) strand.
