Keshi pearl earrings

Three simple steps, five different elegant designs!
Easy Earrings Keshi Pearls
Keshi pearls make a great starting point for multiple pairs of earrings. Whether you attach them to chain, stack them on head pins, or bunch them together, the look is elegant. Try pairing them with Swarovski silk-color crystals.
Easy Earrings Keshi Pearls step 1
1. On a head pin, string a keshi pearl. Make the first half of a wrapped loop. Make seven pearl units.

 SUPPLIES

  • 14 6–8 mm keshi pearls, center drilled
  • 2–3 in. (5–7.6 cm) figure-8 chain, 2–3 mm links
  • 14 1 1⁄2-in. (3.8 cm) 24-gauge head pins
  • pair of earring wires
  • chainnose and roundnose pliers
  • diagonal wire cutters
Easy Earrings Keshi Pearls step 2
2. Cut a piece of chain with seven large links. Attach a pearl unit to each large link, alternating each side of the chain. Complete the wraps as you go.
Easy Earrings Keshi Pearls step 3
3. Open the loop of an earring wire. Attach the dangle and close the loop. Make a second earring to match the first.
