Here's a sample earring!

A simple, cheery flower becomes the focal point for a pair of earrings or a bracelet (or better yet, both!).

The flat peyote or brick stitch medallion is worked in 11/0 cylinder beads, starting in the center and decreasing to the tips. Add looped fringe to the beadwork at the bottom of the earrings.

For the bracelet, alternate the medallions with concentric loops of cylinders until you reach your desired length.
