Throughout the month of February, we were so excited to feature Chain Mail, an easy-to-learn technique that can produce so many interesting jewelry designs. Here's a wrap-up of our coverage:

BLOG POSTS

We were so thrilled to have Lauren Andersen, The Chain Maille Lady and author of the One Jump Ring: Endless Possibilities for Chain Mail Jewelry, guest-blog for us on Tuesdays throughout the month. Lauren taught us everything we need to know about the art of "maille." If you missed any of her posts, check them out here:

WEEK 1: Learn Chain Mail with Lauren Andersen

WEEK 2: Tips and Mechanics of Chain Mail

WEEK 3: Make Your Own Jump Rings

WEEK 4: Aspect Ratio: What is it, and how do you calculate it?

Be sure to check out more of Lauren's work at her website, TheChainMailleLady.com, and find her under the same name all over social media: her blog, Facebook, flickr, and Twitter.

SO MANY NEW PROJECTS

There are so many Chain Mail projects on Facet, it would be impossible to list them all. Instead, a quick refresher on how to to use our FILTER feature to find exactly what you are looking for.

Following this basic tutorial, mouse over METAL & WIRE from the main Facet landing page, then select PROJECTS.  On the right side of your screen, you'll see an option to FILTER RESULTS. Click that button. From there, you can make your search as wide or as narrow as you like. Want to see all of our Chain Mail offerings? Just choose that from the TECHNIQUE menu and hit UPDATE VIEW, and you'll see all of our offerings. Only have enough rings on hand to make a bracelet? Add BRACELET to your search and it will bring you a more focused list.

Our FILTER feature works in each of our five jewelry-making categories, so be sure to browse around and see how you can personalize your Facet experience!
